CCleaner Description

CCleaner scans your PC for problems and left over traces by programs and cleans everything up. This results in more privacy for you, a faster system and even some extra hard disk space.

Cleans data forgotten by Windows

CCleaner removes temporary files and data left by Windows that are no longer required. It  supports advanced scan and removal actions such as for example for the window size and location caches, or the ISS log files.

Cleans traces left by programs

CCleaner also removes traces left by the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari. It also supports various programs such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader and WinZip.

Cleans the Windows Registry

CCleaner uses advanced methods to check the Windows Registry for problems and inconsistencies. Things like Fonts, invalid shortcuts, missing DLLs or uninstaller problems can all be solved by CCleaner.
