ImgBurn Description

ImgBurn is a software burning application for DVD/CD/HD DVD and Blu-ray. Many file formats are supported. They are MDS, PDI. CUE, BIN, DVD. NRG, ISO, IMG, DI and GI. Unicode is also supported with this program for users with non-Western language alphabet.

Key features

With ImgBurn, you can perform a scan to see if a disc is 100% readable. If preferred, you may choose to have ImgBurn compare it against an image file to verify that the information is correct.

How to Burn a CD:

  1. Insert ImgBurn software.
  2. Change to “Write” mode.
  3. Put disc in Burner.
  4. Choose which image you wish to burn.
  5. Click on the button that says “Write”.

With ImgBurn, you can use VIDEO_TS folders to build a DVD video disc. From a HDVD_TS folder, you can build HD DVD discs. From a BDAV/BDMV folder, you can easily make video discs.

When you want to burn many images, you can use the image queue to do so. If you have multiple drives, you can share them. For two-layer DVD video jobs, use the layer break selection.

ImgBurn possesses many advanced qualities that other programs don’t. All of the newest drives are supported, with no need for updates. This includes byte setting and book type, settings that are found on programs such as Samsung, Plextor, BenQ, LG, NEC, LiteOn and Sony. At this time, multisession discs cannot be made using ImgBurn.

In the Graph Data tab, there is an option to use opti drive control or DVD info.
